I have disabled parental controls and just now have reset pin for FiOS TV
Widgets. Upon trying to view Twitter feed, on the bedroom box it works fine,
but on the livingroom box, it doesn't acknowledge that parental controls are
disabled and won't load the Twitter feed. When prompted to enter PIN, it gives
the message of incorrect pin number. (I've double and triple checked and positive
it's the correct PIN number).
I've just spend an hour waiting for support via phone, but gave up and will try
during regular business hours, but had a slight notion that someone here
might just happen to know the fix ?
Thanks in advance!

Thanks, but I had received a private message from tech support and Adam was able to resolve the problem after
a couple of quick questions. Thanks anyway.
