Wrong On Demand Movie Version?

There are two "Get Carter" versions (1971 and 2000) when searching VOD. So I rented the 1971 Michael Caine version with accurate picture and description However, I go to hit watch, and it turns out it's actually the 2000 Stallone version. Not what i paid for.

So how do I: 1) either get my $3.99 back? Or 2) actually get to watch the 1971 version? Looked all over, and cannot find a good way to contact outside of chat times. Thanks.
