Yes Channel

I have the extreme HD package, how can I get the yes channel. I have no HD tv set at this time.I put in ch 595 and it doesn't come up

Here on Long Island Yes is channel 76 or 576 in HD.

If your guide says Yes is on 595 in HD, try 95 to see it in SD.
