The audio and video continue to fall out of sync. I tried all of the previously posted quick fixes, but they don’t hold. I believe this is a serious system or hardware issue that Fios knows about, but they won’t fix it because it will be too expensive.
Can anyone advise me?

How is your equipment hooked up? Is there a sound bar or receiver in the chain? Do you go direct with HDMI or are you using optical? Have you tried enabling or disabling auto sync on your TV ? Did you try disabling auto sync in the service menu on the Fios box?
