I have two HD box tops that will randomly reboot, this could be 30 seconds or more than 30 minutes to resume TV. I have one channel that wont tune in on one box top???
I have been on hold with customer service for more than 70 minutes. If you could find a way to make communicating with you any harder and me any madder it would be a big surprise. After 8 years of your service I will find another provider, not sure what has happened to you....
