do you know when caller id will be available on my tv at zip code 15235(Pittsburgh) and do you know what  the release # will be on the system information?

I think it should have already been included in FIOS.  Just about every cable carrier I know provides it as a free service.  Wonder what VZ is waiting for?

Then it is not available yet for you.

When it is available, it will be:

Menu ==> Settings ==> Caller ID

There are several threads here in the forums about this subject, lots of information there if you will just go look for it.

Verizon had a Press Release.

It is only available to Massachusetts, Rhode Island and Texas customers.

I am going to suspect it will be available in other areas soon. From my use of it it takes 24 hours to have it install
