changing service online

When I renegitiated my contract 3 months ago (very happily by the way) I got HBO and Cinamax free for 3 months. At the time I told the guy not to bother since I did not want to have to call back to cancell it, because while it is nice I can't afford it, but he said I could cancell online so I relented. Maybe I am missing it but I can't find a way to cancell online anywhere.

CALL THE BILLING DEPARTMENT WELL BEFORE THE THREE MONTHS IS UP. Sorry about the capps, but adding services is easier than removing them.

Your right absolutely right with that adding it is very very easy but changing it or removing it ahh terrible giving you a hard time
