Just thought I'd post to counter all of the angry posts about channels going away, but I just found out that Verizon expanded CBS Sports Network to the Extreme package.
It's not a huge gain, but every once in a while, there's a college football game on there that I want to watch, which makes it more often than a channel like the recently departed Fearnet, which I never even looked at.
They finally added it in HD too..now if we can just get the SEC Network!!
Hey I loved seeing that...but considering how big the SEC Network launch is and how angry folks are you'd think they'd at least respond and give people something to go on/make decisions when it comes to changing to another provider. I have friends who are jumping back to local providers (Cox, TWC, etc) that they hated but are going back because Verizon apparently isn't carrying it or at the very least is being super secretive about it. They're just handling this so poorly.
