channel changes effective on 1-1-12?

Does anybody know the channels that are going to be cut after 12-31-11? Are all the channels in question part of an affiliate group?  I am seeing a lot of advertising(by the channel itself) on channels to switch to direct TV because the channel MAY not be available on FiOS or cable after 12-31-11.  I am particularly interested to know if Universal Sports(ch. 464) will remain on FiOS.  Thank you for any info on this subject.

Sounds like a campaign like the one from FOX when a bunch of their channels were going to be cut from DirecTV at the end of October. The two sides reached an agreement and the channels are still there. We'll probably see a lot more of these because many programmers are making it no secret that they will be seeking substantial rate hikes from providers in the coming years.
