channel line up / adapter boxes

I don't understand why i get all these Rhode island channels when i live in MA I can,t get fox 25 Boston (very sad) Adapter boxes have no guide and you must guess,; what channel your on and most importantly what your watching caller id does not work also many people have been complaining about these issues  with comcast non of these mentioned are an issue. Verizon you need to catch up with comcast. really thinking of going back/. by the way when i got FIOS they told me i would get everything I have with comcast and more. LIE

The digital adapter boxes can display the current channel (on screen) by pressing the OK button your remote.  If not working then power cycle the box and it should return.

As for the other functions (like guide, on-screen CID, VOD, etc.) you need a full STB (which costs more per month).  All those features are available, but at a price.
