downgrade number of boxes?

I tried to return tv set boxes online, but when I previewed the bill before checkout, the ones i wanted to take off were still on the bill. How do I downgrade the amount of boxes i have? I currently have 4 boxes, but i want to get rid of 3 and just keep 1. Can I do it online or do i have to call to change it.

Call customer service and then return to a store .Get copy of return receipt and then watch your email and billing account.

Do not be tempted to mail go to the store in person .

Definitely return  the boxes yourself and do not rely on mail.

Verizon conveniently "has no record the box was returned".

Just search the forums for the dozens upon dozens of complaints

featuring that very issue.

There are not as many local stores for some people.

If you return boxes via UPS, just make sure you keep tracking number

So you have proof to show it was returned.
