dvr display

Helo new to Fios and I got the multi-room dvr, a box for the kitchen and two relays for kids room.  The kitchen box and family room (hub) display the time, the one in the bedroom does not...why? and can I get another dvr box to display the time?  thanks

The display you see depends on the model number. Older boxes had a display that could be set within the menu, usually "clock", "channel", or "off". The newer 7100-2 (non DVR) is "greener" and designed for less power consumption, and therefore has no display.
