I've somehow DVR'ed a show that I don't want to be DVR'ed. How do I delete the shows because I don't even want to watch them?! Also how do I cancel the DVR for that show?

Press the DVR button and arrow to the show you dont want and press ok.  Then select delete.

If this was set up as a series then you will need to press DVR and choose series manager.  Select the show you accidentenally set as a series and then press ok on it and then press delete
