fios on demand

My on demand is not working.  I can purchase but I cant get the premium channels to come up on on demand.  I want to watch something on HBO.  Click on on demand and all i get are commercials for pay per view.  Any one else having this problem?    

Now the guide isnt working either

The VOD and quides come from the internet. Please check your router and make sure you can get online. If you can get online reboot the cable box by pulling out the power cord and reseating it. If the VOD and guides still do not work you need to call Verizon to send out a technician.
