free hbo, showtime, not working

I received an email from Verizon - this weekend only - free HBO, SHOWTIME, STARZ, etc.

There is nothing there.   I checked Friday, yesterday and this morning....

I called Verizon customer service, got through all the prompts, and got disconnected. I was told to call back tomorrow between normal business hours. 

Please help! Anyone know what to do to view these channels for the free period?

Tune to the channels.  Usually both feeds are available, but sometimes only the SD version.  Also not always all flavors.  E.g may only see 899 OR 400(HBO) but not HBO other channels (901-913). 

HBO is 400-413 (sd) and 899,901-913 (HD)

Starz is 340-362(sd) and 840-850(HD)

Showtime is  365-379 and 865-874(HD)
