On demand ---> Browse all ---->Premium Subscriptions

You must be subscribe to those channels in order to access it however

The Extreme plan does not include any of the premium channels.  Have you subscribed to the Movie Package or any of the individual premium channels?

As Spacedebris said, they are there but you have to subscribe to the premium channel to view them in VOD.
