The Order was unauthorized it was done without my consent, I figured fine if I have to pay $7-$10 for something that was ordered ok, thats unfortunate but ill agree to pay and then set up a Pin to prevent any future unauthorized purchases.
Im being billed $36.66 for 5 days of MSG. Am I a bit outraged Yes, this is unheard of and I dont think the right thing to do is for me to pay $36.66.
I called Customer Service to find out about what was ordered and both reps failed to tell me what it was they just talked about Tv packages never gave any Details, Customer service rep could not resolve this issue so I asked to speak with a supervisor. Supervisor Liz my area of service is ( zip code: 10029 ).
Supervisor Liz customer service was Horrific she seemed very disgruntled and bothered in having to speak to me as if I was disturbing her free time. She repeatedly asked me to shut up because she was explaining why I was being charged $36.66 but she never explained why?, there after I asked to ask to speak to her supervisor because of her atrocious attitude became worse. She refused to give me any further information that could eventually help resolove this problem.
I understand if there is a charge that I may have to pay but your charging me for entire TV package nobody ordered. My Guest said they only Ordered MSG, everything else makes no sense (entire tv package) $36.66
So Liz's verizon is willing to let me walk away for $36.66, again my account is only 15 days old.... and this is a 1 of 1 issue that shouldnt be much of a fuss, its not like I ordered a mayweather fight and denied ordering it.
I need a solution who should I call or email? I really would hate to cancel my contract of this ' 1 ' bad experience.

Please go to your profile page for the forum and scroll down the page to an area titled "My Support Cases".
