Menu>>Customer Support>>My Dashboard>>Interactive Tools>>Get In Home Agent (IHA)

or Use other Tools available in various places.

tom: i just followed your instructions and they only lead to link for getting IHA on pc........ in previous versions of stb firmware or software  there was definitely "in home agent" accessible thru stb on tv, able to do many of the same things  the i.h.a. does on  p.c.........

gioacchino: i think it is gone but that some of the functions it used to provide are still available through the stb menu, just not called i.h.a. anymore
