is there a way to tell why a program didn't record

i've had a few different dvr's through various services and they've all let me see why a program didn't record, or at least show me what programs were missed. I don't see either of those with fios. does this exist?

Go to DVR configure and upgrade all activity.
That shows why a show was deleted or if there was a conflict in recording.
