I set up my new quantum FIOS internet router yesterday (and the internet is now working fine on all devices - wired and wireless). But now two of my set-top TV boxes don't work - can't get a signal. I do not have Quantum TV; just the original FIOS TV. I have a Motorola 6200 in one room and Motorla 7100 in another (both HD). They are not the main DVR box - which is working fine. I've tried everything from rebooting them using the screen prompts to unhooking all the wires and letting it sit for several hours before hooking them back up. The Motorola 6200 is now also telling me "Terminal Locked". Any help? Or do I need to go get new boxes?
If it is not too difficult, try repalcing the DVR with one of the non-working boxes.
If they work there, somehow you have a connectivity issue.
If they don't work there, try contacting support as something has happened to the boxes on your account.
