no reception for 3 days
For 3 days, we have had no reception on our HD TV - only a full screen of snow and a legend saying "weak or no signal." Verizon's automated telephone system and basic webpage have been useless. We got some explanation from a virtual assistant (some sets in the area are out), but no solution. We also have an analog TV in another room with a set top box converting the signal to digital, which has not been affected.

I assume you have coax directly connected to TV?

It sounds like TV source got changed to antenna vs cable.

Have you tried moving box to this TV to see if it works?
