I ran a new coax R6 cable to my tv.  After hooking everything up, I cannot get a signal or picture.  When I disconnect the HDMI cable and use the old AV cable, I can get signal and picture.  After an hour on the phone with a tech, they sent a new settop box and it still does not work.  Any suggestions?
