I know this may not seem like a big deal, but I live on the many on demand exercise videos, however after doing them for a month straight I get bored and look forward to new ones added every month.  Ive noticed that they did not change this month and I am sad.  Do they automatically change a certain day of the month? Is it variable??

Thanks to anyone who can shed some light on this unfortunate situation ; )

Hi. The on demand content, what shows and for how long is controlled by the broadcasters. It's their programming and they have the final word on what goes on demand. Trouble could occur where the set top boxes are not updating properly, so that content remains the same, but in that instance, VOD would be unwatchable. If that happens, that's something we would definitely have to look at.

Keep up the good work though. I exercised once, it was exhausting.
