onscreen display of caller ID

My previous cable provider, dispite their many failings,  had onscreen caller ID display of incoming land line phone calls. Is this service available from FIOS?

Yes.

I beleive it may only be available if you subscribe to FIOS Digital Voice.

You can check by going to Menu - Settings - Notifications - Caller ID

Yes it is available, BUT almost never works!

Works for a few days and then never shows again.

This has been a long-term Verizon FIOS issue for about 3 years!

Caller Id working for me.

My STB is:

HD DVR QIP 7216 P2 500 GB

Please note that it does not work when you are watching shows on NETFLIX or system like that .

PS: I do not have Digital Voice phone service.
