We have upgraded to DVR Enhance and since we have experienced annoying pixellation and drop sound on two of the four TV's, especially during live programming. CH 577 is the worst. Any thoughts?
Did you simply have Verizon flip a switch, or did they replace any equipment? If they changed equipment check all coax connections, at boxes and splitters and router to make sure they are tight. If they flipped a switch, reboot your router and the boxes.
