qip6416-2 manual wanted

I am looking for a manual for qip6416-2.  It is an older box and not listed on the support website.

In addition to general information I have two questions:

Can the HDMI output be split to two different devices with a passive splitter?

Is the composite video and audio output enabled? e.g. if I connect a monitor or camera to this can I see/record the video content?  In what resolution?

Manual is probably not going to address your questions.
These are a function of the software loaded on the box.

All outputs used to be enabled.

As for recording, it may not work as copy protection is output, limiting or preventing recording of content.
