"Network Congestion"

We have suffered from what the Verizon tech support guys call "network congestion" so many times in the last 2 months. Verizon's bandwidth is not large enough to accommodate all of its users' requests for VODs; so many users (such as my family) are unable to access any videos when we want! The last time this happened was when my 10 yr old son was having a sleepover and I relyed on Verizon's service for a video. NO LUCK. Why should I reliably pay for an unreliable service?? The tech guys could not help me and the billing guys were rude and refused to give me any kind of refund telling me to call back during the week--like I have time to spend another 1-hour on the phone in the cue & speaking with the company?? Yikes. NO thanks. I'd really like to end my contract with Verizon!
