Up until recently if I went to TV Listings on the FiOS Mobile app on our iPhones or iPad and I clicked on a currently showing TV program, many of them had a choice saying "Watch Here." That choice was in addition to "Watch On TV", "Record Episode," and "Record Series." The "Watch Here" choice is gone on our devices.
"Watch Here" used to allow watching the program selected on the mobile device in use. Now that is no longer possible. At least not here.
I'm not sure when this feature disappeared since I rarely used it. It might have happened with iOS 9 or 9.01. Or Verizon may have removed the feature for some reason of their own.
Has anyone else noticed this change? And might anyone have any insight why this feature was removed?

Update #2.....
I just happened to look and lo and behold, "Watch Here" is back on the basic channels I mentioned earlier. CBS, NBC, ABC, FOX, etc., are all available to watch on my iPhone 6, and all work with either FiOS wifi or cellular data. This is back to the way I remembered it being.
So I'm just guessing but it seems that something was broken and it's been fixed. Hurray.
There are only about 140ish channel available for watch now. But you need to be connected to a verizon router. It is less if not connected to a verizon router. Do any channels appear if you go to the watch now section of the app? If not do standard troubleshooting. Check if you are connected to your verizon router, log out and back in, and reinstall. if it still doesnt work go to help section and send feedback.
Y'know, I was just about post an update to my orginal message after having discovered some "Watch Now" channels still do exist.
Those channels do appear in in the Watch Now section of the app but they also appear on the guide. And even though when not connected to my FiOS router the app says more channels will be available when connected to my FiOS network, I don't see any difference in available channels between cellular data and my home LAN. Admittedly, I didn't go to the trouble of making a detailed list of what channels are available with both type data connections but on a quick scroll through the same channels seemed available.
The thing that threw me was I think I remember more of the basic channles, CBS, NBC, ABC, etc. etc., used to be availble to Watch Now but they're no longer available, even when connected to my Actiontec's wifi.
It's possible I'm just remembering incorrectly and that the channels I was looking for were never available. Do you see Watch Now for those basic channels?
In any case, thanks for pointing out that some channels can still use Watch Now. My original post would've been more on target if I'd asked about the basic channels I was looking for.

I can only watch channel 7. **bleep** is going on Verizon?
