how do i register a device so i can use the fios mobile app ? the device was registered i changed account info /upgraded service now that device no longer appears as registered device. i can sign in to my verzon with the device and the device still has the the mobile app installed. itried the force stop button on for ther aPP I also uninstalled ane reinstalled the app, still with no luck signing into view content???????
Just a thought, you said you uninstalled then reinstalled. Did you also clear the device via hard resetting? Sometimes like on my iPhone or iPad I remove a app, I also go and force a hard reset to make sure it’s a fresh use. Just a thought.
