I am a new Fios customer. I downloaded the apps and went to TV listing to try and set my DVR to do a recording, but I get this message:
No Set-Top Boxes
there are no Set-Top Boxes available
to perform this action
Error Code: FM0093
What does all this mean?? What do I need to do??
I have ATT service on cell, not Verizon, could that be the problem??
thank you

Try rebooting router and STB first.
They try to connect via app on wifi.
I assume you are using same account login info that is set up on your account?

What model stb do you have?
Try to connect using app while at home on WiFi.
You may have to enable access in stb as well.

I have tried setting a DVR recording via the Fios App on my cell from my home WiFi, but got the error described previously.
My stb is a FIOS VMS1100 Arris.
I do not know how to set up/activate the stb. I will appreciate guidance.
Thank you.

I just starting having issues recording from my cell phone, as well. The error I receive is 9-6-15-652-048, for which I cannot find any details, anywhere. I have rebooted the set top box, removed and reinstalled the app on my phone, but still get the same error. This is very recent; have done this many times. Thanks for any direction you can give.
