My concern is the set-top box.  It doesn't work.  I spent over 4 hrs trying to contact a live person for assistance.  I got one.  It was a difficult process as the individual kept insisting that I wasn't pushing the correct on/off button.  Just how many on/off buttons does one box have?  ONE.  After we got through that, the box could not be reset.  They sent me another in the mail, when that arrived, it was another 2 hrs to get anohter live person in Customer support (not that they do).  This "NEW" box does not work.  My request for them to come to my house and check the outdoor cable was declined.  I still have a box that doesn't work 90% of the time, I can't get TV reception when the box doesn't work. It is unresolved and they don't care.  But they are still charging me for full service.  I am waiting to build up enough patience to spend hours on the phone again with customer support.
