I went away for 1 week and when I came back a lot of my shows were unwatchable due to the fact that they were split into multiple segments of 9 minutes a piece. an hour show was split into more then three parts and my dvr erased the earlier parts of the same program because it was set to only keep the latest 3 shows but it was all one show. this has happened multiple times over the week I was gone.
One reason shows can get cut up is because of reboots.
Do you have Quantum?
If so, there were reprots that some people were experiencing periodic reboots.
