Every time I turn on the TV I get a message saying that there's an update to the software but it doesn't tell me how to update the software can someone please help me
Are you sure the update is for FiOS and not your TV? Verizon pushes updates and they should automatically happen without notification.
I’m having the same issue and it never resolved. It’s not my TV. How did you get rid of it, if at all?
