What, if any, spanish language stations have captioning? ie. closed captions?
You'll have to contact the 'channel providers' for that info.
Verizon is just a middleman. Content moves through them and they don't usually know what the content is. So, you'll have to talk to the actual Spanish channel companies for that info.
Under FCC rules all channels are required to have Closed Captioning for English and Spanish programming with few exceptions. That doesn't necessary mean that a Spanish Channel will also have English CC or visa-versa but some do, especially in certain markets.
