Trying to watch on demand programs online, both in the OvationGo app and in Safari at ovationtv.com. When asked to login to my tv provider, Verizon, I keep getting the message that I need to upgrade my package to Preferred or Extreme. I have Preferred and have had it for several months. I can watch Ovation on my tv, but the login online for Ovation doesn’t recognize that I already have Preferred. I’ve cleared all related cookies but it doesn’t work. Any suggestions?
Sounds like a call to Fios support to get your account straight is going to be necessary. If you've tried different devices and platforms and still get the error it has to be an account issue. Try calling, Twitter, or Verizon direct on DSLREPORTS.COM.
