Just starting this week I am not having trouble streaming from my dvr list through cellular. It has been working fine for months. I can watch other streaming apps just fine. It now tells me when getting on to watch a recording that there is not enough bandwith to watch properly and will let me watch for about 2 minutes and then freeze or close the appt. I have a ticket in but havent heard anything yet.
I did uninstall app and reinstall, I rebooted dvr box
Does anyone have any suggestions?

Does it work when on WiFi at your house?

Yes, I can watch any of my dvr recording on wifi with no problems. I tried my husbands cell phone and he works fine either way on wifi or not and his doesn't freeze or give the message not enough bandwith.

Maybe an issue with your phone that it is not getting good cellphone speeds.
Not all apps check for bandwidth or adjust picture quality to speed.
