It is imposible to get you program listing and when I do you hange the format,

I cannot sign in.

You said you make things easier for senior but you don't by changing so much format etc.

Are you trying to see the guide on the TV or a tablet or computer? If on TV, simply press GUIDE button on the remote, then use up, down, left, right arrow keys to move around in the guide. Press OK when you find what you like. If you are looking at a computer or tablet, go to any Fios page and at t hff e bottom look for CHECK TV LISTINGS, click on it and you should see the guide.
