unordered movie

When I turned on my TV "Fifty Shades of Grey" came on.  I immediately exited the movie - I idd not order it,  Actually, I rushed home to see NCIS.  I don;t want to be charged for if.

If you were billed, you will need to contact customer service to have the charge removed.

As said, you need to call billing.

Was someone home that may have accidently ordered it? Or was a pet home? Although rare phantom orders do happen for whatever reason even if Verizon deny's it as it happened to my parents at their house.

I suggest setting up a pin for ondemand purchases if you haven't yet.
