verizon dropping channel 10

I have a contract that says that I am paying for local stations in the Providence area which contains channel 10.  If that channel is cancelled, I see it as a BREACH of the contract.  I have TOTAL FIOS and pay a heavy cost for all three services so I feel that I am not getting what I paid for.  Yes, I can get channel 10 over the air but I signed a contract for FIOS and expect FIOS.  My conatract is still in affect.  It is my suggestion that channel 10 be reinstated.
