I just got my FIOS today and when the installer was here, VOD was working fine. Now it's 9 PM and whenever I try to watch a VOD show, such as a free primetime TV show, I get "Your selection is not available. Please make another selection. [VOD_212].
Everything else on my system seems to work, such as internet, channel guide, multi-room DVR.
How do I troubleshoot this?

I'm getting the same message. And I got the same message for a while last night. I don't really know much about fios; can their system "overload" with too many on demand requests during peak viewing hours? This is pretty frustrating to have this happen two nights in a row!

I am getting the same error message, I tried rebooting and "auto-correct" the STB, neither helped.

VOD_212 is ALWAYS maintenance in the network. It comes back on its own.
