why are shows not listed in on deomand so delayed?

any one notice that on demand for recent shows is very far behind?  or tha tis taskes 2 weeks for a show to be listed?

Verizon has stated they don't control content. They make it available when made available to them.

I've had some luck using the search tool. Type in the show you want, click on that show's name, then click on "On Demand". It might display the recent airings as free for your subscription.

Now to make it so you can fast forward! I watch part of a show and when I come back, it doesn't remember where I left off.
