why why why can't you guys at the rebate center just be true to your words. twice now I was denied the switcher rebate offered from Verizon for porting in my number from another carrier. your word is certainly not your bond to customers like me. 

These are the rebate submission numbers. if anyone cares. i can't break my plan with Verizon because both devices are lock and who the heck has $599 plus $1000 to pay off these two devices.
