I am trying to use the Intuit GoPayment app with this tablet and the app cannot see the reader. Am I doing something wrong? I removed the tablet from the case to be sure the reader was completely seated. No luck. I would appreciate any help.
Have you tried the reader on a phone or other device to be sure the reader itself works? The Intuit GoPayment app SAYS it's compatible with the Ellipsis 8. I personally haven't tried it though, maybe someone who has the Ellipsis 8 and uses Intuit will respond.
What happens if you plug in the reader, open the app, and try swiping a card?
