Elipsis 8 Tablet Won't Update

My elipsis 8 tablet was failing the update to Android 5 so I decided to do a factory reset.  Now it doesn't even recognize that there is an update available for it.  Anybody know where I can find the factory image for this so that I can install it myself or how to force the update to happen?
