I tried using wireless connection to do the system update but  displayed "can't connect to server " I'm in Nigeria also I want to unlock my phone to another network carrier in Nigeria

teemax, we want you to be able to enjoy your device. Let’s look at this more. The Ellipsis 7 is not a global device so it will not work while in Nigeria unless it is connected to WiFi. You can use the Software Upgrade Assistant to update the device. Here are more details http://vz.to/1R7RrMe.

Thanks but my FOTA update still says can't connect to server using a Wi-Fi

connection I have checked the software assistant on Verizon's website but

it's still the same process I have tried and it still says cannot connect

to server thanks in anticipation
