I have a Sim card, and photos sent to me as text messages. How do I save these photos to the card so I can transfer them to my computer?

We definitely understand wanting to save memories you may have in your photos. Unfortunately, SIM cards aren't able to have information such as photos saved to them. You may do so with an SD card, however. http://vz.to/2grPgaf

You will need a File Explorer app to transfer the download from the internal memory to the SD card. You can also plug the device into the computer using the USB cable and access both the SD card and the internal memory of the device to transfer the file from the device to the computer.
