How do yountransfer apps and games into an SD card?

Recently got two Ellipsis's and just got SD cards for both to back up games and movies, but there is no option to move to external storage. Not even the option to move pictures.

You can use a file manager app to move the files around.  Apps cannot be moved to the SD card.  Movies can be moved, as can photos and music.

file manager - Google Play

Try them and see which one works best for you.  I don't recommend ES File Explorer due to some tagalong advertising and weird stuff that happened with it recently; I've now switched to using File Manager - Android Apps on Google Play  the first one on the list.
