I have a MV7B_41D37_442 version tablet, and whenever I try to download an app it tells me that there is not enough internal storage space. I have over 500 mb free, and yet it tells me that I can't download an app that only takes 100. Also, my downloads folder is empty and yet the tablet acts as if it contains 650 mb of space. Is there any way to fix either of these issues?
Have you tried some simple things like restarting your device or clearing the cache and data of the Google Play Store?
Yep. Neither has worked. I even downloaded the cache clearer, and apparently they're all clear.
It's not like I don't have space and I should. I have space, but my tablet is preventing me from utilizing it. AND downloads is taking up a lot of space when it shouldn't be.
