Have you tried turning off the tablet and removing the SIM card for a minute or so?  Then replace it in the tablet, turn the tablet on, and allow it to establish a fresh network connection.  If you continue receiving the 'no SIM card' error, the card may have become corrupted ... you can get a new one free at your local Corporate VzW store or by contacting Customer Service.
