We dont use our tablets often, and trying to revive one of them now. Got locked out from the sim, and domt know the PUK code. When going into my verizon, under my devices and I click view pin/puk, its blank. Its actually blank for all 4 of my devices! I cant find anything to help online other than going under my devices. Call center is closed and live chat keeps saying "sorry, try rephrasing your question" when I ask for an agent 😞 is there no 24 hour service anymore? Can anyone help!? Thanks in advance.
